In this Ozark Seeds documentary we ask a few questions as we follow several characters to the 2nd Annual Ozark Seed Swap.
~ What is this event they call Seed Swap?
~ Why are people so passionate about heirloom seeds?
~ What is the vitality of the Ozarks gardening culture?
~ Do these seeds hold a story? If so... what’s the story? If not.. who lost it?

Today was a tour de force of seed swappers talking and swapping seed. We filmed from sunup, in which Victor was able to film a rooster “cock-a-doodle-dooing”, until around 5p.m. when we had a final round table sit-down with a few swappers.

OS is gearing up for the biggest production thus far. Although the seed swap is only a one day event, the documentary crew will amass to around 15 people. Some coming from as far away as Memphis while others just a few steps from their back yard. Everyone on the crew is volunteering basically because they believe the story needs to be told.
